PART-TIME REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER/ VIDEOGRAPHER

Real Home Image is a fast-growing real estate media company dedicated to helping agents showcase their listings through high-quality visuals and exceptional service. We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to join our Northeast Florida team. Whether you’re an experienced shooter or a fast learner with a passion for photography and media, we’d love to connect with you.

Position Summary:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for capturing stunning visuals of residential and commercial properties — inside and out. Your work will help real estate agents stand out in a competitive market and attract the right buyers. You’ll also play an important role in delivering an excellent client experience from start to finish. Prior photography experience is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate.

Your tasks:

• Photograph and/or film properties, highlighting key features and layout through high-quality photography, video, drone shots (Part 107 certification required within 1 week of hire), 3D tours, and floor plans.

• Arrive on time and help prepare properties to ensure they’re ready for a professional shoot.

• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and deliver on expectations.

• Follow our systems and standards to ensure consistent quality across all media.

• Upload all media promptly after each shoot and include clear notes for our editing team.

• Take charge of your schedule and increase your earnings by taking on more shoots.

• Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and a team-first mindset.

• Flexible and adaptable — no two shoots are exactly the same!

• Reliable transportation.

• RHI dress code and a positive attitude.

• Ability to upload media using a reliable computer with high-speed internet.

• Must be willing to complete a background check.

• Reliable phone with working camera.

Availability:

We’re looking for someone with open availability Monday–Friday during business hours. Ideal candidates will be available around 15-30 hours per week and open to occasional evening or weekend projects.

Set your own schedule — the more you work, the more you can earn.

Compensation:

• Starting at $25/hour for on-site work.

• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile.

• Part-time with potential for full-time hours based on performance and seasonal demand.

Service Area:

Northeast Florida

Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Flagler, Volusia, and Nassau Counties.
